1.2 Introduction to Chongqing, Xinjiang and Europe

After the opening of the "Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe" international railway freight train, the entire freight will cost 8,900 US dollars, and the transportation time will be 17 days. From the comprehensive point of view of time and price, "Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe" greatly reduces the transportation time, while controlling the freight within a reasonable range, with strong attraction and competitiveness, for China's import and export trade channels to increase multiple choices.

1.3 Introduction to Rong-European Express Railway

Starting from Qingbaijiang Container Center Station in Chengdu, the Rong-Europe Express railway will pass Alashankou, Xinjiang Province, pass through Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus, and reach Lozolekhov station, Poland's third largest city, with a total length of 9,826 kilometers. It will take 12 to 14 days to reach the station, and can be distributed anywhere in Europe within 1 to 3 days. Compared with the current freight train saving 8-10 days, than sea saving more than 1 month, the transportation cost is only 1/8 to 1/4 of the air freight. The Rong-EU Express railway is not a newly built railway, but an optimization combination of existing railway lines to realize one declaration, one inspection and one release, greatly improving the efficiency of customs clearance and shortening the transportation time. The Rong-European Express railway has five regular trains, namely fixed point, fixed line, fixed train number, timing and pricing. At present, one train can provide 41 standard 40-foot containers.

Advantages of Rong-EU Express Rail:

The transportation time is one third of that of traditional sea-rail combined transportation, and the price is only one fourth of that of air transportation. From Lodz, door-to-door distribution across Europe can be completed by road, rail and road combined transportation within 2-3 days. Third, two-way operation and platform advantage. From the beginning, the Rong-EU Express railway is characterized by two-way operation and public platform. Based on the practice of opening Asia-Europe Express trains in other regions, it is relatively easy to solve the outbound cargo source, but sometimes it takes two years to cultivate the return passenger source.

It passes through six countries, transfers customs twice and changes rail twice. The total mileage is about 10,214 kilometers and takes 16 to 18 days.

The goods on the first train are: high-grade clothing, high-grade cotton textiles, special rubber products...... They filled 21 40-foot containers; And 20 20-foot containers of special wool. The goods came from more than 10 enterprises and five industries in Henan, Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangxi provinces. They were bound for Hamburg in Germany, Rotterdam in the Netherlands and Antwerp in Belgium, with a total of 614 tons of goods. This year, 14 Zheng-EU flights are planned, each carrying at least 41 containers of cargo.

The freight train between China and Europe takes about 20 days less than sea freight. It's 80% cheaper than air freight. It costs 2,000 to 3,000 dollars less per container than highway transportation.

1.5 Introduction of Han and New Europe

The existing railway line starts from Wujiashan Railway Container Center Station on the East and West Lake in Wuhan, passes through Ankang, Xi 'an, Lanzhou and Urumqi, reaches the border port of Alashankou, enters Kazakhstan, then turns to Russia, Belarus, Poland and finally reaches Bardubice in the Czech Republic, covering a total distance of more than 7,000 kilometers.

The international direct train is operated by Wuhan branch of China Railway Container Transportation Company. Through this passage to Europe, the goods are taken by "five fixed" train, namely fixed point, fixed line, fixed train number, timing and pricing, without stopping to wait for reloading and unloading. Packing, declaration, inspection, release and other customs clearance procedures can be completed in Wuhan. The train will operate irregularly in the future according to the volume of goods and enterprise demand.

By rail, it takes less than 20 days to reach the Czech Republic. If it is shipped by water, it takes about 40 days, and the freight by rail is one-third higher than by water. At present, the special train is being planned, and details are being finalized with the government, China Railway Transit and other departments.
