International Logistics Customer Service Specialist
Job responsibilities:
1. Accept and arrange customer orders for inbound and outbound goods;
2. Timely track and feedback on order execution status, and communicate with customers for quick handling of abnormal orders;
3. Provide reasonable logistics operation suggestions to customers and propose solutions for them;
4. Create and verify bills, and promptly follow up on accounts receivable and payable status;
5. Establish good cooperative relationships with customers, as well as upstream and downstream parties, and collaborate with business departments to achieve corresponding performance goals.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, proficient in using office software, with at least six months of international logistics customer service experience;
2. Proactive, careful, good at communication, with strong adaptability;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, good service awareness, and strong team spirit;
