4、 Precautions

1. Articles prohibited from circulation or delivery by national laws and regulations;

2. Explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, and toxic hazardous materials;

3. Reactionary newspapers, books, windows, or obscene materials;

4. Various currencies;

5. Articles that are harmful to public health;

6. Items that are prone to decay;

7. Live animals (excluding bees, silkworms, and leeches whose packaging ensures the safety of delivery and staff);

8. Improper packaging may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other mail equipment;

9. Other items that are not suitable for mailing conditions.

5、 Compensation

The post office shall not be liable for compensation if:

1. Due to force majeure (excluding insured emails).

2. If the delivered items violate the prohibition or restriction regulations, and are confiscated by the competent authority or dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.

3. At the time of delivery, the email is well sealed without any signs of disassembly, and the recipient has signed for it according to the prescribed procedures. However, the recipient later discovered that the contents were missing or damaged.

4. Due to the customer's responsibility or the nature of the item being sent, resulting in mail loss or delay.

5. The customer has not inquired and has not requested compensation from the date of submitting the email until the expiration of the inquiry period.

6. International mail is detained, confiscated, or destroyed by the sending country in accordance with its domestic laws and regulations.

If a part is lost or damaged, compensation will only be based on the degree of loss or damage, and the shipping cost is not within the scope of compensation.

The final compensation amount shall be based on the post office compensation amount.
